Who or what is Whitebeam Images?
Whitebeam Images is the personal web site of photographer and image restorer Patrick Curran. The site is designed as a shop front where customers can view various collections of images, purchase prints (via secure paypal store), request services such as the restoration of old/damaged prints, negatives and slides. I also offer event photograpny services.
What format are the photos in? All Whitebeam Images photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. I add photos as they are taken. During the period 1st - 14th October, 2007 the site is being tested and image collections are being uploaded. During this trial period, no images are available for sale - I need to be certain the store performs as intended first.
Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that I have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell? Right now the only photos that I sell are the ones taken by Whitebeam Images and it's partners. In the future I may consider this.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made I can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because I offer full access to my entire public digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for my products to be returned. On a rare occasion I will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Whitebeam Images photos that I download? Yes. While Whitebeam Images offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, I do not allow the redistribution of my photos, or allow the use of my photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? At this time, I do not offer a subscription service.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing my materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues. |
